Catalog Description: 
Contribution, assimilation, and alienation of German-speaking Jews - such as Karl Marx, Sigmund Freud, and Franz Kafka - emphasizing the multi-cultural nature of that which is understood as "German culture." Offered: jointly with JSIS C 295.
